About the Event

In this session, we will explain the principles of ISO 9001, its clauses, what they mean and what you should do to be compliant in an easy and understandable language. Meanwhile, we explain how this standard can be used to relate to your customer more and understand their journey before, during and after using your products/services.

This is a practical implementation of this standard to make the best value out of your investment in getting this certification.

Usually, the Quality department operates separately from the Marketing and Sales department in many organisations, and customer needs, wants and expectations that are collected by the marketing department are not communicated properly with the top management and in particular quality management. Therefore, even being fully compliant with the ISO 9001 is not bringing that much value to the end-customer at all.

Here we explain these two different topics and connect them to make a practical and easy to implement a version of them.
